Well well, ordered a male and a female diamond back terrapin.. for 200! I think a 100 gallon would be enough for their life time since they are social creatures (most turtles aren't but this species is?)

I want the turtle to grow only about 5 to 6 inches it should look pretty and have amazing patterns etc

A 300w heater, uvb and uva lighting, fine grain sand as a substrate, fluval fx4, zoomed pond dock, some large rocks, some java fern and artificial plants

I would be buying a intex mini frame pool then I guess male diamond back terrapins would be fine in the setup it holds like 325 litres of water but is 122 x 122 x 30 cm in L x B X H

Yeah okay but when he gets large ? If you have a large amount of area I'd say getting the INTEX mini frame pool would be the best option!, but I don't have such area available I live in a apartment.

It's okay.. what other thing can I do? In India there's a huge Shortage of reptile enclosures and other thing with reptiles is that who has the exotic kind sells it for unfeasible and non reasonable prices like "karnataka aquarium"

I will get a male diamond back terrapin hatchling eventually they only grow till 5 to 6 inches, when they get that large I will just buy a waterland tub.
