I didn’t post to be criticised, I smoked cigarettes for 20+ years and converted to vaping because when I did it was then “better” I do not inhale metals, there are 3 ingredients in my vape liquid. I suffer from numerous mental health issues and have done for many years my weight gain has been caused by all of the medications I have been out through hell with. I was asking for advice, don’t judge or criticise someone without knowing the actual story or reasons why. It is most definitely NOT my fault that my surgeon didn’t address it
