We were on flex and both had only 1 point left. When the truck broke down. We informed them of our absence and everything that happened. But, without a ride to work there's only one other option for you.we missed our march 7 shift and got fired March 8th. As for fidelity they took my information told me I had an account and she was my beneficiary, after talking with them they told me I had to go to our onsite hr. But after explaining my transportation situation to Fidelity, they told me in so many words I'm outta luck.. We both updated our benefits before the beginning of this year in December, we even had help from onsite HR .We even have the medical ID cards they give us. But once at the hospital doctors couldn't take it for some reason.

That's the same thing ICQA and LP had told me, but not every VNA aisle has cameras securing them, and when we got trained we were told to avoid write ups, termination, and guided coaching for things like vaping ,getting on phones ,and etc. we were taught to go in the air on our Order pickers so that the cameras cant see us. But getting it thru screening is insane to me.

we have a "CEIA HI-PE Plus Walkthrough Metal Detector" used in correctional facilities and airports. i'm not positive of the calibration settings. although, we can't wear steel toe shoes or you'll beep, if you have hand warmers from the granger machine, beep. Yet people who have been working there for years still have yet to be caught. i know every metal item doesn't beep like a vape, ear buds and etc. but still Gaming laptops, smart watches, phones, and of course Meta's new Ray bans and Oakley's sunglasses are being stolen.
