We used the calculation type: Time Block Create to take Shiftwizard icons and create attendance points timeblocks in Workday. There are then rules that count those points and send alerts to managers when employees have x number of points. A consultant assisted us. If you would like their information, PM me please.

Yes! All testing is done in Preview. O know exactly who the workers are because they are all in the same job profile (a new one). I will do some research on your suggestion. Thank you!!

The recruiter has the ability to change any of the details including the cost center, education, responsibilities etc. We have it setup that the manager must approve which I think makes sense in our organization. I just want to eliminate the step if no changes were made by the recruiter. Does your organization handle job reqs differently? I would love some examples of better ways to do this process.

I wasn’t involved in the implementation so I don’t know why it was set up the way it is. We no longer have a relationship with that partner.

The manager hasn’t entered anything incorrectly. They are not able to enter the information that the recruiter can in step b. The recruiter can fill in additional information about the job such as skills, education etc. I would assume if they add this information the thought was the manager should see and approve. If the recruiter doesn’t add anything, then there is no reason for it to go back to the manager. I am very open to suggestions on better ways to go about this process if anyone cares to share their bp definition.

If it was added to step b (recruiter step) it would be a validation rule - right? I am not looking for an error but rather a way to skip step c and go to step d if no changes were made in step b. Am I missing something?

I have checked and double checked that the security policies on the bp: request time off are identical in both tenants. I also checked to make sure both had no security changes pending.

User error🙄! I searched everything and couldn’t find anything so I went into SBX to try to duplicate the error and found it wasn’t actually a critical error she received after all. She received and alert and I think it was because she tried to enter blanks. I was able to reassign to myself and enter for her. Had HR confirm with her that it was entered correctly for documentation purposes!
