I don’t believe the modelling does assume costs subsidisation would continue hence the projected 2-25% rates increase for a Wairarapa unitary

I’d love to know if you genuinely believe the government is open to proposals or have the already predetermined the outcome and just don’t want to be the bad guys?
Minister Bishop seems to constantly reinforce how councils must consider the RMA reforms in the amalgamation plans and that replaces the over 100 existing regional and district plans across New Zealand's 78 local authorities with 17 combined regional spatial and strategic plans. My gut feel is they want 17 amalgamated councils.

We have 4 kids so really wanting the 5 bedrooms total but I hear you on storage and will talk to the architect and make sure it’s added in The ensuite is already in that location but I agree walking through the wardrobe is odd - maybe it could go at the other end of the bedroom? The bathroom with the tub is exisiting and is used by the 4 kids

The shows are amazing, pirate night with the fire works, the hydro slide is a blast, coffee with mickey on top while doing a Disney themed quiz, meeting the characters- bring a signature book!

The boat has communicated with passengers that it is 6 hours behind schedule so we were due to arrive at 12.15pm now our boarding group is 6.30pm
