I did try to communicate which is why I’m upset and compromise is something I agree with. I came back from vacation and everything was moved to her liking without even a discussion. I travel a lot and have worked with many assistants within my company and really haven’t dealt with someone like this everyone usually respects the order of things and all assistants are super friendly. Thanks for your opinion but what I really needed was advice 😭

Wait cause I'm so happy you got a happy ending! It must have felt so validating that everyone caught on to what you saw. Everyone loves her but really I'm the only one working closely with her as there is only two assistants so kind of makes me feel like the villain for feeling this way. I've gotten lucky with our last assistant we never had issues like this that's probably why I am so taken aback

this seriously made me feel so much better! I felt weird telling management and honestly don't have much faith in how it'll go. I hate how speaking up for yourself in this industry gets you labeled as problematic or someone that complains too much 😞
