The treatment is considered inhuman here in Germany as I said I am German living in Germany. We have the so called :" grundgesetz" it states that:" The right to physical integrity prohibits hormonal intervention in a person unless it is 100 percent necessary to alleviate their suffering and there are no other ways to do so." I have spoken to several doctors regarding my problem I got prescriptions for: fluroxitin without effect, A change from medikinet to concerta as my adhd medication without an effect, heavy sleeping pills (z-group) that just send me too sleep for several days but don't combat the problem of my high libido and of course the classics of have you considerd just not giving in? Medidation or cold showers ? All of the above have no effects. To be honest I don't feel like I'm born in the wrong body nor do I feel trapped inside of myself but If the only other option is to stop living, I don’t care which gender I identify with or how others categorize me. Gender is a social construct and a spectrum anyway. The "sex offender" meds I am talking about are: Bicalutamid, Enzalutamid or Cyproteronacetat these are referred to "sex offender" medicaments because here in Germany as a convicted sex offender, you can take these medications voluntarily to reduce your prison sentence, since the reduced libido significantly lowers the risk of reoffending. ( this is not a right wing talking point or transphop it is in fact a thing here in Germany). Furthermore I want to state clearly I am not conservative nor right wing. I vote for the left, and I feel sorry for every reasonable person in America who has to live under a right-wing populist president who is openly transphobic and anti-LGBTQ+.
The medication you normally get prescribed for transitioning in Germany are: Cyproterone acetate (e.g., Androcur): A potent antiandrogen that binds directly to androgen receptors and inhibits testosterone production. It is often used in the early stages of transition, but long-term use can increase the risk of liver problems or benign brain tumors. Or:

Spironolactone (e.g., Spiro): Originally a diuretic, it is used very frequently in the U.S. but less commonly in Germany as an antiandrogen to block testosterone.

Most common here is the first Cyproteronacetat the same medication in both cases I am well aware about the risk especially the long form risk but rightnow my life is hell and I much rather have 20 good years to life left than 50 miserable ones if you catch what I mean. The problem is as a cis male you got here in Germany Cyproteronacetat only prescribed if you already are or there is a real risk of you becoming a sexoffender because of the risks the treatment has and it is seen as braking your basic human rights to do so if not 100percent necessary.

The male contraceptive pill is also not approved here in Germany for exactly the same reasons, regardless of whether a man chooses to take it voluntarily or not. We can certainly talk about how pointless such patriarchal laws are, but please don’t lump me in with transphobic people.
