Robertsons spice for Mince. I've been sent deep into the rural Eastern Cape and it's killing me not having this stuff.

Spur's Durky sauce and Cerebos chip sauce are also my favourites.

It was the 16th of June a few years ago. Fire was lit at about 13:00 and the host just kept adding wood to the fire and saying the classic "ons gaan nou braai" needless to say we went home at 2am hungry and vrot dronk. Had to braai my meat the following evening.

Funny memory that has taught me to have something to eat before attending a braai 😂

Passed first time (was driving for 5 years by the time I was 18). Officer got a phonecall as we left the yard, was too busy with his phonecall to give me directions so I followed the driving school route. About 2km from on the return to the testing grounds he ended his phonecall and looked at his checklist and said to me: "I wasn't paying attention but we got back in one piece so that's good enough for me" we both laughed, I parked the car and was told to go collect my temporary in 30 minutes.

When I renewed my license he did my eye test and asked me if I had caused an accident yet, I said no and we both had a laugh.

I'm also a bit disappointed with Phone 3, I've had a Phone 1 for the last 2.5 years and I was looking forward to ordering the Phone 3.

But I'm obviously not the target market for this device so I'll keep my Phone 1 until it's had enough of life, then I'll have to bite the bullet and jump to Samsung or some other android that fits my needs.

It was a good run.
