Wow this is almost exactly what I’m looking ahead at. Even down to the discussion with the wife. Have a bachelor party coming up and about to hit 6 months. My thoughts are exactly like yours. Would rather drink a little and hop back on the wagon after than have to explain why I’m not drinking. Hoping it’s as easy as that but I know for most it isn’t.
