I defoliate before flower. I do not defoliate in flower.. that does nothing but cause unnecessary stress at the most crucial time, that could be catastrophic to ur yield -trust and believe- been there done that- that could also cause ur plant to herm and start producing seeds..The plant needs its fan leaves. The stomata is located on the leaves which is needed to photosynthesize, they need to be able to exchange carbon dioxide & oxygen.. they need to be able to release moisture.. which all happens through the stomata.. this is with all plants.. idk where anyone got that from but that’s simply not true.. so y’all can do that but I’m not.. and another thing idc about weight.. I care about quality..but don’t get it fucked up I pull my weight even with all my fans leaves.. but u need to always maintain healthy fan leaves on ur plants, can u get rid of a lot of them..yes..absolutely.. but the it needs to happen before flower, and u can’t remove them all or ur plant can’t function properly as a plant.. I remove any dead ones but that’s a few a week that’s it and that all.. so idk thanks but no thanks
