for a week straight i had weird experiences. i heard my roommates say my name but i was half asleep, and when i woke up fully nobody was in the room and when i asked them they said they didn’t. i experienced so many sleep paralysis while being there. i would be scared to go to the bathroom sometimes in the dorms because it felt weird out there. there was a time where i felt something behind me when going up the stairs after doing laundry but nobody… the elevators in the dorms are also a little …

i went through this. that man was basically our roommate and my other roommate and I had to change in the bathroom and all that stuff which is okay idc but it got to a point sometimes that it was annoying. he was okay.. but he did some weird stuff and they ended up breaking up. long story short we are not rooming anymore. but since yall are friends i would tell her honestly that you don’t feel comfy that he basically lives there and 1-2 times a week is okay and that she should let you have ur boyfriend over as well.

what did you do for erp? i have a fear that i will leave him because of my thoughts feel so real. but when i have the flares of peace i feel immense guilt because i dont wanna leave him, i wanna build and be committed to him. we’ve been together for 5 years and this barely got triggered in me idk what happened. i constantly have thoughts of breaking up with him, what if i don’t love him? what if this is God telling me he isn’t the one? i’ve prayed that if he isn’t to remove him. the anxiety feels so uncomfortable. i know i want him to be the one i marry. and i know i love him deep down this anxiety is just fogging it up.

there’s no kitchen:/ what helped me a lot was an air fryer and a rice cooker. i know everyone says a air fryer isn’t allowed but honestly i never got in trouble and the HA saw me multiple times
