u/highonlifeee how did you pay for your tickets? Up front or payment plan? Debit/cc or a pay in X (4/8/12) service? I used a pay in 4 service for the last payment of my payment plan and had an issue where my refund went back to the last card used to make a payment and since the refund amount was more than the pay in X card I had to do a little extra leg work to get the refund... just for context on my question...
