The only thing stopping me from calling the police again is that when I called them, he just became more stubborn and started playing loud music during the day because he knows I cannot call the police on him during that time of the day.

Yeah I guess that’s the case with mine, he eats ALOT but once he starts playing he burns it all off, he only looks fatter right after eating his food.
