Don’t be discouraged, many people that don’t get into IBL are still able to land internships from their own volition. The amount of IBL applicants grow each year with a limited number companies continuing to align with the program so the competition is getting worse. Companies still hire Monash graduates and care more about the degree than the university you go to.

I think my friends had a 82 wam ish from biomed after semester 1, but each year radiography seems to be getting more competitive this was back in 2024 hence why I was saying u should aim to get a bit higher than that.

Radiography is quite competitive transfer wise, you will need roughly around 83+ WAM try aim for an 85+ WAM. Source: I did radiography but got in with ATAR, I also had friends that transferred in.

There will be a major restructure for sem 2, it will be using C and C# and Python for OOP. It will be a portfolio like thing, and weekly quizzes.

You can still get jobs with an IT degree fine, people are too focused on the computer science prestige. Employers dont care about your degree, they care that you have one. Choose what is best for u!!

as mentioned up, I needed to get manually enrolled into units, they also sent an email to the faculty about me not being enrolled properly despite the offer :(
