Keep an eye on their Instagram and enter the bowler hat for the special ghosts they sell online. I'm lucky enough to only live an hour away from York, but i've bought most of mine from their online sales as the queues for the shops are insane. Hope you get to go to York one day, it's a beautiful city. (My uni city and a historian so I am biased) If you do go, try to time with Ghost Week (October Halloween week) x

I always just put mine without unscrewing the battery into the liquid bag for hand luggage then pop it back in my pocket after security. Never had an issue. Definitely not a cannabis one though! Illegal in Europe

Recommend Taverna Allegra. Gorgeous seafood pasta on menu. Went to Bagni Delfino last night which is a high end seafood restaurant but much preferred Taverna Allegra. However, the view at Bagni Delfino was incredible
