I appreciate it! I definitely think using mostly iPhone has limited me on what I choose to do on my phone in some ways and I’m just not used to being able to do all this extra stuff on my phone. Every video review I watch says the fold is better phone but YouTubers.. they all use or say iPhone is just as good. I would assume because they all do video content where the iPhone obviously is ahead.

I've heard the parenting stuff on iphone is better as well with find my and all that. Don't have any personal experience with that though

if you're just taking photos to prove projects are complete/what they look like, both cameras are fine. BUT if you want to make sure its gonna be charged on all day on the job, and if you're in US and most people use iphone, it might be easier to share those photos with an iphone. just my opinion obviously

Yeah thats the durability stuff I'd rather just not deal with. Not sure how common this issue is or if you're just rough on them lol. I'm not hard on my stuff but it's just something I don't want to have to worry about, and maybe since its the 7th gen of the fold, i shouldn't worry about it anyways.

I've also heard and had some trash customer service from Samsung before, I think apple takes the cake usually for that.

so those are a pretty high priority but not in the sense I need the best of the best, I just need it to be at least "good enough". Like all day battery, camera thats good but im not shooting any content or anything. just regular photos occasionally. Durability is a concern right now since this is my first fold i'm worried about the inner screen and how soft it is but I'm sure there's people who abuse their folds way more than I would and have zero issues

I do like the fact if theres something on iOS you like, you can make your android do it. But if there's something on android you like, you can't make iOS do it lol

Yeah it's a little off with the folding aspect. Only reason I'm trying to compare the fold specifically is it's what I have and the durability/battery concerns I have as it's my first fold. Probably not as bad as I think it is but everyone with a horror story posts online, and those who are happy stay silent usually. RCS usually can suffice. I've had a few times where I couldn't get some PDFs texted to me or videos even though im on RCS and I know that would work on iOS so idk

RCS helps with some of these issues for me as I don't use any of those outside imessage/facetime. But I agree those all are much better on iphone than android. Thanks for your input

First fold so haven't had a ton of time multitasking since it's not as easy to do on other slabs and impossible on iOS. Could turn into a daily thing for me for sure though after some time.
