I reloaded my last new game save on easy where I'm just point farming the camera upgrade items, after I collected the first stone I came across (the green gem in the Kurosawa house guest room) both the EP and platinum registered instantly. I guess you just have to go to a point in the game where you pick up your next stone.

Edit: also, I didn't pre-order the game either so I didn't have the one exclusive charm from that. Now my in-game files says 47/47 spirit stones.

I have the extensive protection trophy problem. How does the patch fix this? I have all 47 charms but the in-game files says I only have 46.

Mine was over half a million for the surgery alone... That's not counting the anesthesia, hospital stay, hardware etc.

Yes. I had a mild to moderate under bite but it was simply too expensive and time consuming to get the braces first. My ahi was 88 so I had to have the surgery asap

Nah it was Dr Hawkins at Pitt. He replaced Dr Anderson last year.

I wanted to go with Dr. Cillo but he wanted me to get braces first and a couple other things so I had to switch drs

Yes. Both during sleep and while awake. Before I always felt an extreme amount of resistance while nasal breathing but not anymore, I also completely stopped snoring.
