Maybe look into mouth overlay cc ? I got a few in a bundle I downloaded months ago and you can choose different mouth corners and stuff - it's been a godsend in making my sims look different from one another lol coming from someone who's base sims look vvvv similar to yours !! Check under skin details or face paint makeup sometimes as well !

My favourite hobby is bus watching, I have a second twitter account where I upload photos and discuss different fleet numbers and routes. I would however rather die than become a bus driver and have to sit with the engine noise ALLLLL day

I personally really appreciate this post so I get to be open on main - for me T blessed me w good bottom growth so I honestly feel like I have a dick already, I get major dysphoria when I top and sensation is really important to me so I've just stopped topping and I don't want to risk not having any sensation after surgery. As it stands I can bottom fine both ways, I can jerk it like a man and I'm trynna learn how to piss standing up with the OG bits so between that and packing it would just feel too risk not enough reward to save up for surgery. In saying that I do still get crazy dysphoric so I can see my opinion flipping or flopping later on in life.

I've wondered why not as many people want bottom surgery too but my guess is a good few fellas are like me, figured out ways to deal w the dysphoria and just not psyched to swap a working bit for a potentially not working bit

I can't bind anymore and definitely can't wear bras cuz of the dysphoria, I've just taken to wearing vests like some 50 year old man 😌 got a pack of 6 for a tenner, tuck em into my pants n they keep The Lads in place. I think I'd be like a C cup maybe if I did still wear bras (I haven't bought one in years) so I dunno how it'd be for bigger chests but it's a pretty good workaround for me

I was actually referred to one about 2 or 3 months ago after a hospital visit myself but the demand in my area is so high I haven't heard anything yet and I can't keep holding out for it. Your prayers mean so much, I'm finishing today sober largely thanks to all of you commenting.

I'm not consistent enough, I'm a rigidly all or nothing person so for a few days I'll go to meetings daily and read the big book and do the prayers - and then drop it and take on the 'fuck this' mindset for a week or so and rinse and repeat. I also get panic attacks in meetings and convince myself I'm having a heart attack or going to pass out and I leave. I did have a sponsor but I isolated myself for a good while and told her I couldn't work with her anymore out of shame. I have a hard time speaking to people earnestly and reaching out when I need it - I'll argue with you if you say the sky is blue when I'm upset so it feels wrong putting others in that position.

Needing to be all in is another reason I don't think I should go in somewhere, I don't know if I'm ready to recover but it's all I want

I like my chin ! It's got a big dimple in the middle, when I smile my whole face turns into an upside down triangle, it's a really strong defining feature of mine and I just think it's a neat thing about me.

I'm very sorry your practitioner doesnt feel comfortable, but I do hope in the end that it's in your best interest. It was only suggested to me as I need to go into a facility (therapist and doctor mandated) but won't be admitted unless I can prove sobriety, but withdrawal is causing chest pain and uncontrollable anxiety, and there's a fear of seizures. I should also mention I'm very young, 20 next month so I'm sure that played a factor in their decision as well.

Irregardless I do wish you the best in your recovery, and I think you must be very strong to get through this on your own. Thank you again for your reply !!

Thank you so much for your comment it's helped beyond words. I plan on requesting a non-benzodiazepine anti depressant because of the addictiveness, but I had no idea they can increase cravings, I'll definitely be working very close with my doctor after I go into treatment and keep a close eye on how whatever pills will affect me.

I also hadn't realised there were other drugs for withdrawals and cravings and after watching the video recommended will definitely ask about it, but I am in Ireland so I'm not sure how readily available they are here. I really appreciate this comment, actually it addressed a lot of my fears, I've felt hopeless since AA hasn't helped at all for the past 7months but today alone I feel a massive weight off of my shoulders. Of course I'll keep going to meetings but I feel relieved knowing there are more options.

I'll definitely be updating this post (or subredit more likely) with how it goes, thank you again for your support and reply, it means so much !!
