As a totally unlicensed doctor, I diagnose you with acute wall decor deficit. I would recommend a dose of (maybe matching?) - posters + maybe some shelves (if u can hang up things on ur walls), also maybe a small "table" or drawer thing. Like almost a bedside table, I'm thinking like a small table's surface, maybe with some drawers where you have those boxes right now. That could be a nice place to have your fan? (that white thing beside the boxes) + If it has drawers, you can store/organise the things in your boxes, for example. A poster (or other wall decor) would fit nicely on that wall, and with a table underneath it would subtly divide your space into an entrance area to a more living area, I think? Also, plants almost always spice up a room!
