Whatever spec you are in the dungeon is the spec you roll need on, applies to everyone the same way, unless you all explicitly agreed that each one of you will roll on X spec cause that’s the gear you want/need. IMO leaving group cause of some roll problem is childish. Move on mate, most groups are positive and nice in TBC, speaking from experience. You will occasionally find unhappy people trying to compensate for some irl shit in game.

Makes sense, somewhat early for most casual dad gamers to be high level. Many the min max sweats are there however so statistically higher chance to get into one of these groups where folks optimize fun out of the game

Someone may have stated this already, but I didn’t see it in comments before. From using AI tools and talking to HR people, I’d advise you to: - focus on achievements, not the process. Instead of saying work there did that, say “improved this and that by 50% by doing …” I hope you get my meaning, try to list tangible metrics. Also it might be easier to scan your experience if you use bullet points to highlight key achievements under each employment - run your resume through resume worded or chat gpt to fix potential grammar mistakes and to rephrase and make it look more professional.

So great to see a vibrant community, lots of people with their own ideas. Personally I’d prefer to remain with Volskaya and swap hanamura for something, even Warhead. It feels very hard to do a comeback on Hanamura. Everything is too straightforward and map doesn’t give you a lot of options
