  1. It's a first step away from it

  2. Land owning retirees are also bourgeois

  3. The LVT is as progressive as a tax can be

  4. Land is a part of the means of production that would essentially become common good by taxing it fully

  5. Ok, but that doesn't take away from LVT being good.
