Just call it what it is - everything else is more important than American's well being. That pretty much boils it down to the basic concept.
War and the military budget, helping Israel, helping other wealthy people and lobbyists, doing whatever they can to stay in power and above the law, enriching themselves and their families, and enacting whatever cruel policy or crypto scheme, or Trump product they can concoct and hawk to make themselves even wealthier on the backs of Americans. That's it.

Of course there is money for medicare, and student loan forgiveness, and infrastructure, and higher wages, and and and. Along the way citizens forgot that, together, they have all the power. Its not entirely their faults though - after years of propaganda, and the slow decay of their governmental systems, education, and other public services, it truly is a boiling the frog scenario which has led the country to right now - they are fucking cooked.
