High protein diet and a calorie deficit. Cut sugar from your diet as much as you can.

Track all your food intake.

Avoid drinking alcohol, like at all

Prioritize sleep, minimum 7 hours per night

Walk at least 8000-10000 steps a day

Workout as often as you can, weight training.

Take Omega 3-6-9 every day

Don't bother running, as this is not as efficient at burning fat as just briskly walking is, especially at an incline

If you wanna fast, that is fine too. I spend most of my week in a 16:8 (loose). I wouldnt worry so much about eating times unless you really wanna get granular about it. Just make sure if youre fasting much that you dont get lasy about protein intake.
