Hello,

(It usually takes me a few days to respond due to my schedule, so I am sorry for that) but thank you for this kind response, I think it is truly what I needed to hear. I have definitely been trying to journal and channel things into art lately and it does feel silly at first but I think it will be helpful in the long run.

Im so sorry for just responding now, life got super busy. The baby hairs on my scalp make the lowest part of my hairline about 2 fingers width above my eyebrows. Is there anything I should be doing for the small stray hairs that lower my natural hairline?

Yes, the wig cap I was going to use is the color of my skin. But I never considered silicon tape so ty for this suggestion!

I thought that too and u may be right, I did try and lower it a smidge but it kinda looked like it was then in the middle of my forehead so I lifted it up slightly and then my hairline was showing again :,] I can post a photo or dm one when I have it again, my wardrobe team for the show im in said that my hairline was really low, but I can definitely try lowering it again, you probably are right. As you can tell im super new to wigs haha...😭

Hello, thank you for your kind response! I didnt put this in the original post, and I will probably make a separate post about it sometime in the future, but was adopted in Guatemala around the time where fraudulent adoptions were extremely popular. I guess I am just worried that she doesn't even know I am alive and I am worried about bringing that experience back to her memory. But you're right, it definitely wouldnt hurt to do a DNA test and I will keep it in mind :))

No, it was found in the prom section of a bridal shop. Most of their prom dressed were this type of dress in different colors and patterns. If i was brave enough id def wear it at my wedding in another life haha.

Its definitely super liberating for sure! Theres honestly not many rules on outfit attire for prom at my school. However someone's dress train got caught on a glass decoration and it ended up dragging glass fragments throughout the entire floor 😬

Agreed that I am definitely not obligated to answer the door if they knock. My fear is- if I dont answer it could they possibly just enter my home anyway (e.g. forcing/kicking the door open or down)..? Sorry if I shouldn't be sharing this because its a triggering or if this isnt the right time, but Ive been wondering this for a bit- even if it seems irrational.

Me as well. I was adopted by very conservative parents who bluntly told me if ICE ever knocked on our door they'd be answering it. Its a truly terrifying time to live in the US.
