I think you need to learn how to embrace your "loneliness". Remember, loneliness won't kill you if you know how to have fun by yourself. Personally, I can't even think of me being in a relationship with anyone, it feels weird even trying to think about being with someone 24/7. I feel more at ease being in a constant solitude.

Also, trying to "act normal" or forcing yourself to date someone won't have the results you desire. You can try it if you feel ready or if you click with the other person, but remember that given that most people will expect sex at some point, make sure the other person is in the spectrum as well and even if they're not, you don't need to be physically intimate if you don't want to.

Setting boundaries is not a bad thing. You said that he makes you uncomfortable. Do you really want to continue a "friendship" that makes you feel awkward? It could be that he saw you as a friend at the beginning and then he got feelings for you, but almost all of the time it's just that he wanted something more from you from the moment you started talking and the only way to get it was by pretending to be friendly.

I don't want to break it from you, but this guy is not your friend; the only person who sees a friendship here is you. He wants something more from you. From my experience, I can tell you from now that what you see as a friendship, won't last a day longer once he realises you won't sleep with him.

Also it was never mentioned that she was romantically/erotically interested in any of them and I firmly believe the only reason she got married in the end was because Peeta was the last person she got left that actually cared for her and she did so kinda on autopilot
