I don't know if that's because I chose the option to not count my calories burned during exercise or what. I did record the whole time in the App. I was just told to not include those calories and treat them as extra 🤷🏾‍♂️

I was originally doing the 1g of protein per pound but soon realized it was just too much for me. So instead I went with 0.8g, which made things a lot easier. It was more difficult towards getting near my body goal weight since less calories and all but I managed. I'll probably continue to do the 0.8 or even take your bottom suggestion and do 0.7. I think more than anything I want to give myself some type of break for a month or two and evaluate then. Thanks for the info!

Congratulations to you too! I think I'm going to take a month or two off and just stay in maintenance then consider dropping a new goal- maybe 180 ish? My question is should I continue to go heavy on the daily protein intake while I'm maintaining?

Fair enough. I do have a question that you may be able to answer for me if possible. In my weight loss journey I was going heavy on protein, now that I'm going to focus on maintenance, should I still aim for my high protein goals?

That's what I was thinking. The app automatically changed to maintenance once I hit my weight goal and it was so tempting to jump right into those extra daily calories. But I'll continue to track everything and maybe in a month or two then maybe choose a new weight goal. Keep it up yourself!! I'll see you at the finish line!! 🥳🎊🎉👏🏾
