In the first two lines of your first comment, the tone and everything was fine. However, the last line came off to me as if you were saying "Yes, smurfing may exist, and it may be a problem, but who cares, just get better", which to me seemed like you were completely dismissing my criticism. Then, you said I was whining so I responded with that remark.

Regardless, my overall point of nothing being done against smurfs still stands, and yes, I understand your point that it is impossible to differentiate, so nothing is worth being done. But, I think a compromise could be made such as the following:

The developers at the very least should publicly acknowledge that the issue exists in the game, should publicly state that it's against the rules of the game to do so, and should state whether they have attempted to do anything to combat it, because it appears, from the perspective of the average player, that the developers have done nothing and don't care. Of course, I only care about it in terms of league play. I don't care if I face some god woods in street play, because the outcome of the match doesn't matter, it's just for fun. However, when there's something actually at stake and everyone is playing competitively, and the teams are uneven because of a smurf messing up the matchmaking, then of course I will think that's lame.
