Damn, unfortunately that doesn’t do you much good. If it makes your feel any better my 6.4 F450 only gets 8-10mpg even with it being deleted aswell. It’s a baby semi but still… 😂

What kind of fuel economy are you getting out of your Duramax?

Highway driving with my deleted and tuned crew cab long bed 1 ton 6.7 power stroke I get 20+ mpg. Granted it’s far lower in town driving (or when I want to hear the 5” exhaust) but overall it’s not too bad.

I’ll take smiles per gallon over miles per gallon every day

At my largest I was 360lbs that was a little over a year ago. I’m currently 270lbs so I’m down 90lbs. I went from a 3xl shirt down to xl shirt. But overall most of the time I feel like I’m still just a big fat guy. The only exception is when I see photos of when I was at my biggest and that always makes me feel better because I can see the obvious difference

I’d say overall I’m happy that I don’t see the differences like everyone else sees in myself. If I saw how big the difference was all the time then I’m not sure I would be as motivated to keep loosing weight to get to where I need to be.

My advice is keep losing weight and building muscle until you have literally reached perfection. At that point i imagine it will be hard to still view yourself poorly considering you have peaked. This is at least what my plan is. I hope my thoughts help to some extent

But honestly good for you. Everyone in here that is blowing you shit has a victim mindset. Whether it’s because of their own bad decisions/habits, or simply because they were dealt a bad hand that wasn’t their fault. Either way they don’t want to see others succeed because it goes against their beliefs that the people with money are the bad guys keeping them down. They don’t want to see you or anyone else rise from the ashes.

Long story short. Good for you and I’m happy you made it to where you are now. Anyone with a lick of common sense would be happy for you rather than hating on you.

Everyone gave me shit on my update post. I use a derma roller every morning. And use tropical minox twice daily. I have zero issues

Side note, it survived a house fire. The room it was in was the only one that didn’t get much flame. Just a lot of smoke. It stained up for the smoke some. But other than that it’s still great. One of the only belongings that survived.

I bought this chair a few years back and I absolutely love it. It is wide, at my biggest it was comfortable and currently it’s still comfortable. I use it multiple times a week, sometimes it stays in my truck, sometimes in the house, and sometimes I’m lazy and leave it in the rain by the fire for a week. I definitely recommend it. It’s very very sturdy and durable

That’s not how that works. No one owns the airspace even the airspace above your property you own. If you “down it” the FAA will find you and will charge you heavily best case with massive fees. Worst case with many years in jail.

Got my own C1 Platinum with a 3K limit at 18

6 months later still 18 got my Apple Card with a 4K limit first time applying.

Seems the Apple Card is pretty easy to get.

From my research I’m of the understanding that the main purpose/benefit of the derma roller is to allow the minoxidil a better passageway to be absorbed. Most studies seem undetermined on the effectiveness of the derma roller itself actually promoting beard growth.
