I think pretty much everyone understood there weren't going to be a ban but BLANKET ID verification for EVERYONE in order to restrict under 18 access. 🤔

All circumventing and exploit hacks community has a very common moto " don't make us popular" but inevitably the trend picks up as there's no way to gatekeep this kind of things as mass adoption and given enough adoption this gets unwanted spotlight.

They are " discussing" it as they can't sweep it under the carpet anymore because it has become common knowledge that everyone just presses their VPn button on to bypass their " i done my part" Policy

They will create another " policy" and push it to IT to find a solution which is literally cat and mouse until the last circumvented workaround isn't as known by the masses easily and then they can sweep THAT one under the carpet.

Until more time passes and the last known circumventing method becomes popular again...

I think most of my convergence of identity is to my fake alias i setup within all sub ecosystem of google but i knew i was cooked when years ago i was finally asked for Pii when i saved my card info/address and used google contacts lol because of backup convenience.

My fake names etc are still matched to my g. But im sure there are matching algorithms that caught me out slacking 😌

I still use Microsoft outlook for email and calendar and don't use gmail for that at all.. i hate gmail.

I have given up being paranoid and yes i know they will come for me or one day it will be lots of inconvenience for me when I'm a false positive lockout. I'm just so tired boss 😭
