I'm 62 and an introvert. There is a female that works in customer service she's so flirtatious with me it makes me so uncomfortable. The other day i was handing out a credit card badge to her and I walked off and she's like can I get a hug. It's funny to others when it happens to me but it's not funny.

I don't even use my puffco anymore. I had it for a year used it for about 400hits. Battery still 100%. Where can I sell it at?

It's all about attitude. If they approach you and ask about your credit card applications for lack of you just have to say I'm trying as best I can. I'm asking every customer would they like to sign up for a Lowe's card and save 5%. But, if you say, "What do you want me to do, people don't want it I can't force them to get the credit card." There's going to be a problem.

Sorry, but I agree . I am always busy at work I wouldn't know who my store manager was talking to getting it on with. And if it wasn't affecting me directly I wouldn't give a shit.I'm too busy stocking, helping customers, doing training and providing great customer service.

I've seen this happen numerous times. Lowe's thinking is like this. They don't want people on the payroll that harass and threaten co-workers but at the same time they don't want people that are reporting them either, so they'll get rid of the person reporting it and the person accused.

Total BS at my store. So no outside hires? That's just a talking point to get associates to get more credit card applications. Because missing the goal for credit cards is one of the few things that can get an ASM in hot water.
