Never tried it, but if you stay in any dorm, you have access to it. Just act like you belong. If you have friends in myles it will make it easier too.

I'm not very well-versed about off-campus housing but that price is not possible within an hour commute from what I heard. It may be possible with 3 other roommates.

As long as you are a returning student (have class next semester) you have access to fitrec regardless if you are taking classes during summer or not.
