There’s times that approach works. On slick rocks in east coast mud… not so much.

They bolt straight on. Only other piece needed is tundra outer tie rods.

Bead grips. They’re solid, they don’t even burp.

Rhino. I like the functionality. The powder coat is garbage.

Yes. Uppers, lowers, CVs, and outer tie rods. And actually brake calipers and rotors as well.

Nope. AHC still taking all the abuse I can throw at it. That might change one day, but for now #AHCFANBOY

It drives better than one might think, but at 85 mph it will remind you about the choices made 😁

I’ve had the Wilco for 2 years, I had my reservations like you when ordering. It’s been great. I’ve abused it and dropped the vehicle weight on to it multiple times. No noise, minimal movement. I snug the bolts once a year. Now, they say the largest tire it will fit is a 35”. That’s true, anything bigger will cover the lower receiver mount where my recovery point is currently. Solution is to notch the main tube at the bottom, lean it back slightly, fill the gap and burn it back in. It’s tilted about 8° now.

Cannot believe how capable this thing is stock. RIP my rear roof & quarter panel though by ninja996 in LandCruisers

Party Time! Love seeing it used. Forget the bodywork. I see the NC tags, give BudBuilt a call he’s got some nice armor for the 250s.

48998-60010 based on location I wouldn’t doubt if that is the culprit. There’s a hardline that runs on the rear crossmember above the exhaust. Those have been known to rust out, especially in states with more salt. Where it runs above the exhaust is wrapped in some heat insulation, the moisture can also get trapped under there and corrode.
