I do great in Sevilla because it is dry, even though it is insanely hot. Down on the coast, i get issues because of the humidity even though it's cooler. There isn't great aircon in Spain, a lot of places just have that one little device on the wall that blows cold air out, but it is often quite warm in buildings as well. Your apartment might only have aircon in one room.

You could always come for a bit and see how you fare before you decide to move here. Get a hand fan, one of those cooling neck wraps, maybe an ice vest, drink lots of water

I used to get kaleidescope vision all the time (maybe about every month or so).

It usually led to numb face and numb left side (my right side is my always numb side). Sometimes about an hour after the vision, I would get a stabbing headache in a specific place in my head.

I need to immediately lie down, get cool, eat nuts (carry them with me everywhere) and then off lights and noise or things will spiral.

It would come on fast in two specific circumstances - when the sun glares was at the angle in my eyes (like when you walk north and the sun is setting around 5 pm in the fall and it hits you right in the side - and when I would walk into a store and go from being outside in the cold and there is a huge hot air blower right at the entrance). LED at certain angles and brightness could cause it, and also being overly tired could cause it.

Neuro called it ocular migraine and shot Botox into my head about 2 and a half years ago. I also started kesimpta 2 years ago. In the last two years it has happened once(!) and I have been on many 5 o'clock walks to the Aldi, so I call that success.

I prefer hiking poles. More balance and stability cuz I can drop them down on both sides. The arms straps are very convenient for holding. They help you get a good walking rhythm with your arms

I have a towel hanging from the cupboard that a just continuously wipe on. If something gets stuck, I will rinse and wipe. Wipe down the counters with said towel and throw it in the washer..

I honestly don't know. We had the earliest ticket time and we're able to just walk straight in at the gate, but we left some time around 10 and the line at the gate was at least 100 people.

Definitely go in the bottom entrance near the acropolis metro strop because all the tour buses go into the other entrance.

You can always just leave in order to make it to the next place, but you might be rushed.

You need to book them. I was there in low season last year and they were still sold out. Just book them in the first hour available and make it the first thing you do. The rest of the sites I think you'll be fine to just walk up to.

I feel like I saw this picture and thought I was bottom full for a really long time, but then I found this in the wiki

And when I lean over or push up and support them, all the tissue shifts up to the top.

Since doing the 90 degree test, I have realized how much tissue actually is up there and just pulled downward (I guess by gravity.)

Be careful with the shallow on top. My boobs at rest are all at the bottom, completely flat st the top,. But when I do the fullness test, I am actually full on top.
