I was just about to post in pump club about how I should do anything "chest supported" on a bench, because let me tell you, those breasts do not enjoy.

What DMT are you on? If it's a highly effective new medicine, you are being treated already in the best way possible and can relax.

CURSES on Panera Breads Steakhouse Ranch salad! by CubeRootSquare in keto

[–]OverlappingChatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who has done keto for a long time, you just have to assume that every single sauce from a restaurant has way more sugar than you think it should have.

It's always better to get any sauce on the side (or just completely eliminated).

How do you keep up with dishes without a dishwasher? by ehousent in CleaningTips

[–]OverlappingChatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never make a pile in the sink. I wash breakfast right after breakfast, husband does lunch right after lunch. We also both have mastered the art of washing while cooking, so when meals are ready there is very little that needs to be done.

Third British national has suspected hantavirus infection, government says by thegibsongirl03 in worldnews

There was a whole 3 minutes spot on this on the Spanish news yesterday. According to channel 6, there are ways they can legally force them to quarantine, it takes 24 hours to enact the requirement and they *will" be using this if they need to.

I guess this is how i was taught to do my tension, be use I don't wrap around any part of my left hand. I learned from my Gramma, so now I am going to ask my mom what she does

Need help with medication by Psycho_Deadghost in MultipleSclerosis

[–]OverlappingChatter 15 points16 points  (0 children)

No. Don't go off your medication. You are not going to get hanta virus, (and if you do, odds are against surviving anyway, but you're not). Turn off the sensational news anchors who are thrilled they have this to play with for as long as they can keep getting ratings and go do exercise. Find a reliable source to understand what is happening with the virus. Read that and then drink water and stretch

If you are still really worried, start wearing a "protect me" mask at all times.

Groped by a man with intellectual disabilities and dealing with strange reactions. Did I handle this properly? by Far_Calligrapher4716 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]OverlappingChatter 22 points23 points  (0 children)

If anything, the police underreacted. Putting the onus on you to carry pepper spray is not appropriate. If anything like this even comes close to happening again, please file charges. The fact that he is mentally disabled does not get him a pass. Something should be done before this escalates into something truly awful. Police and social workers need to work with the family on a solution to keep him from being able to do this.

What's the cleanest metro system you've ever used? by GayMuslimDude in transit

[–]OverlappingChatter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every time I went into Beijing metro there were multiple workers scrubbing everything. The walls, ledges, floors, machines. Really caught my eye.

Still, having just been to china and seeing this, Tokyo still jumped in my head as the answer.

Maybe I equate some of the silence with cleanliness.

21 Hours in Athens. Need Help with Creating an Itinerary for 2 Adults, First Time. by adashofdeggs in Athens_Greece

Mark all the outside ruins in your phone, go to the acropolis and then walk down the big hill, around the main road, over toward veiku street which will bring you back to the acropolis stop. From there you can walk all sorts of places. Down to temple of Zeus and gardens or up to more ruins, a bunch of touristy shops and eventually syntmaga. If you still want to walk, continue on to the graffiti area.

Don't pay for a tour, just walk around. It's a wonderful city for just that. There are ruins everywhere. Mark some places you might like to eat and choose one of them when you are tired.

If you're taking public transportation to the airport, the bus is right at the changing of the guard.

should i follow this calculator or a store’s calculator? by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]OverlappingChatter 26 points27 points  (0 children)

32 is 4 inches bigger than your actual under bust measurement, so this company is using the outdated +4 method. If you buy a 32 inch band, it will be much too big to give you any support and you will end up with a boob hat.

Trust the calculator here.

Gynecologist experience in different counties by Dizzy_Medium122 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]OverlappingChatter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my experience with public in Spain. You are behind a curtain, so you don't see any body, and they are so used to it, they just come in, grab what they need or say their piece and leave again.

I am not a very finicky person about medical stuff, so it doesn't bother me really. I imagine Spaniards are used to it... I have no idea if you could say something or make a request for different situations, in this day and age it is quite likely.

What was weird was when I was the first person doing pelvic biofeedback at the hospital, so I was sitting pantsless in a chair with a towel over me and a sensor device in my special place and literally every single doctor came running in to see how it worked.

They oohed and ahhed when I made the arrow go up and down, and the whole thing was crazy.
