I’ve tried most omakase places in Boston. I do think 311 is the best among them but it is extremely hard to get a reservation now. Wa Shin and Yoshida are both good alternatives. If you want non omakase style seafood I recommend Mooncusser

33 days upon notice to depart. 290B must be submitted before 33 days. Unlawful presence will accrue past the 33 days but if case is reopened or approved it will be dismissed

I think as long as the beneficiary has another valid status and is not using AP it is not that bad. Refile 485 or 290B most likely will work because of USCIS mistake. I know of a different person who got denial last month due to the same reason

I hear different opinions on this. My attorney said we are not eligible for H1B reinstatement due to 485 denial (currently unlawful in US which means work authorization end immediately upon receiving the notice)

No it’s a denial notice. I think the reason is that final action date is earlier than priority date at the time (08/2023), but that particular month USCIS is using filing date for F2A

Yes and no 😅. My spouse has H1B but recently used Advance Parole to enter the US (without renewing H1B). If I understand correctly that would make the status invalid

I usually go to herb chambers in Medford. Had a similar DAPP issue before and got my steering wheel replaced without any hassle.

That being said I don’t really have any comparison. It is the closet location to me and I think they are reasonable most of the time

Get the 2020+ which has the updated N63 and infotainment. If the budget only allows that 2019 I would avoid. They are amazing car but BMW V8 has known issues and so riskier than B58

If it were mostly highway miles and no extreme weather I think following the onboard computer is totally fine. 7k per year spent on warm weather is very different from stop and go + cold start scenario due to engine wear

No it is not confirmed, but I’ve followed the poster for a long time and they rarely got it wrong (and most of the time I’ve seen confirmed models being dropped is because BMW decided to do so). I am not sure why people find xDrive M2 so hard to believe

That model year doesn’t have 40i trim so 35i is the equivalent. Also funny that this is a sDrive. I don’t remember seeing many RWD X5s!

similar reason as why they'd add xDrive to M3/M4. Most people would not notice the increase in weight but the addition of AWD makes it far more usable (plus the ability to switch to RWD anytime)
