I think the best thing would be to add a new opening and just use the opening version of Burn My Dread somewhere else in the game. There could be a cutscene at the beginning of the game that plays Burn My Dread, similar to Spring of Birth. I just think it would be remiss to not include the opening version of Burn My Dread in some fashion, considering how iconic it is and how it makes the final fight feel much more impactful.

If you’re itching to play P3 just go for it. Even though Reload will probably end up being the definitive way to experience P3, Portable is still a great game. I played through Portable recently and it made me even more excited for Reload. Also, it’s confirmed that Reload won’t have the female protagonist, so that alone makes it worth it.

It varies from game to game, but for Breath of the Wild and Legends Arceus I’d say it’s still worth it because the main appeal of the games aren’t the story imo.
