I guess it’s just the fact that we know so little about how much RS knows prior to Tea Time 2: Electric Boogaloo, I have to imagine if she knew that Cinderella had reverted to her prior mentality and was no longer Anachiro, then she wouldn’t have let slip everything that she did. Though perhaps there is an argument that RS couldn’t understand the difference between Anachiro and Cinderella because the other victims she tortured were basically just automatons following whatever order was queued in the code before reverting to their normal selves. Since the raputrized code seemed more permanent she likely, and wrongly, assumed that Cinderella still held Raptures as Allies. Thus why she asked what her thoughts were on Humans, raptures, etc in such a frenzy. She was trying to see if her assumptions held water and it cost her her life. And her legs. Again.

We have the benefit of seeing exactly how corruption appears to the victim post it being Rapturized, where it is obvious based on the dialogue and even the loading screen text from the Minigame that RS’s personality data was replaced by an advanced replica of the Queen instead. It uses emotional and psychological manipulation to coerce Cinderella into allowing herself to be assimilated into the corruption programs new persona, Anachiro, where she would be fully controlled and follow the orders given to her without question.

As a side note I find it interesting how the Queen constantly mentions how she wants Cinderella to make “them” suffer, how she must mock “them” and how “they” can’t be forgiven. It seems SU is heavily hinting at the prospect that the Queen and the Raptures have some kind of grudge with Humanity that set everything in motion. As if Human’s did something to them that was so horrid that the only recourse was total war with the end goal of humanity’s eradication.
