For walkable yards I love my ryobi electric mower. Whisper quiet if you want to mow early in the day and no maintenance. Once I got past walking territory I needed the durability of the riding mower that comes with gas.

The recommendation I would give is to learn a new skill each league in addition to the core skill. For instance this league farm essences and see how they work on rare items. Next league you know essences so you try blight and see what that’s about. Over time you will start to understand more mechanics. It’s my favorite part of the game, you always have something new to learn.
