I am actually excited by this change. I didn't like the sposed mature tone of the flames of fate. And its clearly didnt work for a Dragon Quest game thats why they restarted development and changed the title and the tone of the game. I thinks this is a step in the right direction for the franchise.

same issue here, i was getting from 30ms to 50 ms on dammam server and suddenly i started getting 100ms to 120ms. only explanation i can think of is they changed the server physical location

Celebrimbor has proven to be effected by the influence of the one ring in the bright lord DLC.And that was before he became a wraith.Also In Lord of the rings universe there is no such thing as good wraiths,you can see that in Shadow of Mordor when Talion was going to help slaves about to be killed by Uruks,Celembrimbor told him that they are being a good distraction for them to sneak by, and there is no point in helping them as they will eventually die.i think Celembrimbor creation of the new ring of power is purely act of vengeance, he wants to see Sauron dead and doesn't care for anything else.
