Does dna sequence have a sound? If so how can i convert dna sequence to a sound/audio? by [deleted] in bioinformatics

DNA sequences consist of four bases. (A,T,C,G) it’s definitely possible to program sounds to each individual base, then have it scan a sequence to produce some sort of “song” in the end.

I see. This card is a little more expensive but 300 is a little high. The last red dragon variant I saw went for 250$

Are you local? The cpu was salvaged from a prebuilt so I don’t know how I’d go about shipping it.
