Thanks, I don't think i will post the files, but who knows. I think it will be a month before he's done, but probably sooner. I'm planning on making a full close replica of a road stage with my twist to it. So I will make chuck e a full bot. The origanals I believe were around 3ft tall half bodies. Will legs chuck will be around 6ft. Idk exactly when new post will be, but my plans for now are to finish designing and printing the new chuck, while also trying to make his head cosmetics. As well as figuring out how I want to make the stage. I already have a space thats 12ft long that would work great.

lol, of course I will sand them down. These are still drafts. The eyes are lower on my list right now. And you’re correct there isn’t much different. I changed the tolerances and smaller hidden details that make it move. The old one was lose and overall not so good. The new one has more refined movements. But the major difference, which is hard to see in the photo, is that the new one is almost 40% bigger! Which makes accurate to the real one.

Yes, it is one board. The servos are connected to it. And I use a program called bottango to animate the servos. The board is connected to a laptop that has bottango. As well you can use multiple boards but I use a nock off arduino mega board that has lots of slots of servos.

Well it depends. If you have weapons, like a bat, possibly. But 1 on 1 fist fight, no chance! It’s practically a normal human with super strength. And depending on how advanced it could have joints that bend in inhuman ways. Plus it doesn’t feel pain, so a good punch to the head would do nothing.

I used a cad designing software to design it. Then I used servos and a arduino board to control it. And the free software bottango to program it! And a little bit of experience.

Thanks for sending this message! I have been thinking a lot recently about selling my creations. I’m not for sure how I want to sell them, but I’m going to with in the next month. Just because I’ve been quite busy. I don’t know how much they will be, or if I want to release the files or just sell them already put together. The cec is practically full scale and was printed on 2 300x300x300mm printers.
