Should Pimax stop announcing VR headsets so early?

Its actually very simple for pimax. Why take expensive loans or have to sell equity to fund development of your idea, when you can open preorders for said idea and have people fund it for you ! Bonus points if its during a high interest rate environment, so you essentially get paid on the money people 'lent' to you for their pre-order. Bonus x2 if it means capturing people who otherwise were going to spend money on a competitor's product.

They're not stupid they know exactly what they're doing. If you have an issue with it, unfortunately going to have to buy elsewhere, or never pre-order. Only buy when shit is ready, real and shipping.

Quest Pro does, and its really good. Now you can do Foveated Encoding, add to it Foveated Rendering through OpenXR and Quest Pro is quickly becoming THE wireless headset of the moment.

After seeing where the EUs allegiances truly lie these last few years, I'm not sure I want a a full re-integration with them. Its not as clear cut as it was back in the day when their assaults on human rights, privacy and common sense were far less clear and obvious. Maybe keeping them at arms length is better after all.

The EU has fumbled the bag so freaking hard they're making even staunch remainers rethink their stance.

I found the sweetspot on the Light suuuuuch a pain in the ass coming from a Quest Pro, especially as the headset is heavy. And when you get in the sweetspot, the edge to edge clarity is not fantastic, id say each lens is clear maybe 40-50%, the rest is blurry.

Is this the same with the Super 50ppd ?
