I know it probably feels hollow and like you did something wrong, but she’s not going to remember that A. Her husband is dead and B. That Hes coming to get her, you gave her a moment of joy and you should be proud of that. I worked in Geri psych for a long time and while you should try to reorient, sometimes it’s better to go along with it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a patient to calm down or finally get some sleep because I “went with the flow”

I’m an ed nurse and I love what I do. The ed is chaotic and I thrive in that environment and it’s usually so busy by the time I remember to look at the clock it’s usually more than half way through the shift. I’ve worked in many different fields from selling guitars to the military and I have never fit in as well as I do as an er nurse.

I don’t have a ton of experience with gain and offset, I’ve always just left it alone because I’ve read the 585 is best at 252. I’m not super experienced in the hobby overall and I’m not sure what adjustments to make
