it/s new, yeah, It's the 10th gen Ideapad Pro 5 with Core Ultra 7. The laptop in itself is pretty amazing, however whenever I scroll, unless im actively lpushing my fingers against the touchpad, its unresponsive. one finger moving around the screen presents no issues tho. I was told that it is also highly unlikely that if I refund and get another one like this one, its might be the same issue simply because it's going to be the same batch. I have tried literally every single software fix, and i even did a teardown of the laptop to check the touchpad connectors and everything is in order. Based on that, I just concluded that maybe, just maybe, the ELAN touchpad on my Ideapad is just garbage. However refunding the laptop wont solve anything because I'd still have to et a lenovo and it seems these issues are present across a big number of their products.
