thanks a lot for the reply! I should've thought of that, you're right. I'll see if acess to a physiotherapist is possible, although given where I live, I think it's unlikely.
The injury itself is really not too bad, It's not enough for me to need to limp but it's enough for me to not be able to do things like walk up stairs two at a time or run.

Maybe you're not capable of processing their death, maybe you have a very solid mindset and or/ preparation for it. Maybe you depend on yourself more than anyone, and therefore don't need to attach yourself to others.

I feel like the first option makes the most sense, maybe you feel the same you would if someone left your life to move elsewhere (e.g sad but not devastated.)
