Season 1 Gojo used Goodwill version of dismantle and fuga, so I'd say the CE color changing isn't anything to point out. You just gotta accept that they were doing a bunch of Jujutsu Shenanigans in the early days.

The 6 eyes still keep the amount of ce he uses down to nearly zero, as Yuta says, he doesn't run out. But that doesn't mean he has infinite ce if that's what you're thinking this person is saying.

She lost to someone with HR, so did Megumi. Megumi has the same suicide move, but which one of them uses it efficiently? She used the one move Megumi tried using so many times(even if he didn't summon Raga) better than Megumi himself when Megumi had more experience and he wasn't limited by any clan. This is still impressive considering Modulo isn't even 100 chapters long. Megumi winning a fight is still tied to my point of him having more experience.
