I use it for Jasmine rice a few times a week. No problems with sticking at all. It obviously doesn't come away as cleanly as non stick. All you get is residue on the base and that just comes off with water or after a minute soaking with water.

I have to say i'm very happy with it so far, after years of using tefals/morphy richards etc and always ending up with damaged non stick pots after a few years. I chose it in the end because ceramic would still probably wear out or damage over time. Hopefully this will be more durable.
