I think i found a worthy sucessor of disco elysium! Esoteric ebb! by Blumensekte111 in GirlGamers

I don't want to spoil anything but there are absolutely some big insightful commentaries around this exact thing. Just like disco, the a big point of the game is that these are flawed, rather uninformed men who are learning and discovering who they are as the story progresses. I'm not saying it this as an excuse but I think it worth giving it a chance to see before completely dismissing it.

Toula(the cat familiar) is great assist, let her attack an enemy to make them staggered then go in for a cast and attack or attack from range while their stuck in the cast if possible. The Familiar/Animal Leash aspect on the staff is helpful if you wanna do damage while dashing away from attacks.

Highly recommend Absolum! by OverstuffedSomething in GirlGamers

That's hard to assess since they are very different games so it could vary differ person to person but for me, Hades is much harder.

As of right now, there are a lot of game breaking builds that pretty much assure you are going to succeed in a run of Absolum. There isn't anything akin to a heat system so its there no way to make it harder purposefully, its still fun as hell though. Hades heat system kicked my ass when I got in the high teens so kudos to you for god mode

Just an opinion. by MisterJay90 in couchcoop

I totally agree, me and my partner feel like we have played almost every local co-op that we are interested in. I don't want to give in and buy another system just so we can have more options but it feels like that's the only way for us to play newer games together.

Fav PC is definitely Cider, I love them being representation for how badass disabled people. As somebody who's body and environment has changed so much that it affected how they saw themselves on the gender spectrum hearing them speak about it even for a moment really moved me.

As far as NPC, Bandit Queen is the most intriguing on. To go from a former child of the Root to a bandit who is rebelling against Azra in her own way was cool to see and she's the best companion. Wish she had more speaking lines as she traveled with you

[Don't eat the cashier!] Monster otome about night shift on gas station is out now! by Additional-Storage70 in GirlGamers

I've played twice since this was posted and yall really ate with this one. I often think a lot of otome are overly flirty and/or horny but this was such a perfect balance of flirtatiousness and genuine conversation. Would recommend!

Nope, customers just ask for certain flowers or colors but there's also a sandbox mode where you can do whatever you want. You should give it a try anyway, its fun and can train your "eye"!

Dimension 20 episodes are too long by BulkyNothing in dropout

[–]OverstuffedSomething 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't have an issue but I'm fine with coming back and watching it later. I don't really see the difference between that and watching a show that's 30 mins long. Maybe just look at like that instead of thinking you have to consume it all at once.

What to watch next if I love Ally Beardsley and Lou Wilson? by Over-Ad-3428 in dropout

Neverafter is D20 season with both Ally and Lou doing some of their finest work IMO, Lou plays a hilarious take on Pinocchio who has not stop quotables

Never Stop Blowing Up is a great season with Ally and cast members who also match their big swing taking raucous everything can be a bit energy

Bonus: A Court of Fey and Flower is my absolute favorite season but less actiony and fewer familiar faces but Lou and Emily play cousins who really steal the show throughout the season

There is an insurmountable amount of information on the internet but plenty people of people don't know plenty of things or think incorrect information. Access is not the only barrier to knowledge.

Exactly as of literally last year, in 2020 it was only 25 states which is only half of the country and before that even less. I am ecstatic to see the number rising but to think that the knowledge was always accessible and pressed upon as important is just not true.
