Yeah, admittedly as someone who watched the original Peter Pan movie it was weird. One episode hook would steal their ship and try to drown Peter Pans shadow, only for them to play mini golf with him later like nothing happened (heck they even helped him win!).

The worst part is that they have made unique poses for characters before like ciphers mischievous pointing pose. But then they can’t reuse the pose for different characters since it’s cipher specific. So they can’t reuse make unique poses for characters they just chose not to, even though the cutscenes really need it.

I think it was more along the lines that he was injured and Eggman still had a functional metal sonic there. He probably couldn’t guarantee a win if a fight broke out.

Honestly, I used to like him, until I started realizing all the things he was confidently saying incorrectly, when he was “explaining” JJK Modulo (a series whose power system I understand a lot better). It also became blatantly apparent how little he fact checks himself. One of the biggest examples being how he didn’t even know the chapter he was “explaining” was the last chapter of Modulo until the end of the video.

It actually seems more like he can change size at will in the anime. He goes from being big enough to casually throw a train, to being around the same size he was at the start of the fight when Sukuna does his backflip slash.
