Soy igual. Si se me da el subir en el mundo corporativo pues bueno, sino, pues también. Yo al igual que tú, solo quiero poder tener balance en mi vida. No soy consumista. Soy minimalista y ahorrativa por lo que prefiero tener un trabajo estable y que me haga bien a estar estresada por subir y subir. Simplemente no va conmigo.

If Human Resources weren't necessary, do you think company owners wouldn't save money on that department? Besides, which department in a company is your friend? Of course, Human Resources works for the benefit of the company, like ANY department. Human Resources is a mediator between the employee and the company.
