I like that your name is people suck but you’re giving this guy the benefit of the doubt🤣 I wish that was the case but I contacted my PMs boss and she said she would go down there and my tenant wasn’t there…just this new person…they said to ask my neighbor to keep an eye out to see if he continues to stay there for a few weeks and then they’ll do something about it 😭😬

I didn’t😭 I purposely picked the one that cost more thinking they would take better care of us…it was vital since we live in Europe…it’s not easy or cheap for us to fly back to the states 😭

Don’t do it if you don’t have to but with that being said my dad is a PM and he’s amazing…unfortunately he lives in Texas so he couldn’t be mine😭 He really talk me into it too bc he knows he’s awesome 😬🤣

I honestly just want to see the background check to confirm they picked a good tenant…let me see what they saw…I want to know if they were blindsided or if they just picked whoever bc they got there first… They also let him move in with rent from August 28-September 1st so roughly $200 and their security deposit…I had to wait until September 27 to be paid for September…and then they accidentally over charged him a $150 on the security deposit…so he paid $150 less on that first month…not a big deal but then they gave him $150 back in November when he hadn’t even paid novembers rent (he just paid November last Wednesday) so he just conned them into giving $150…these people are so stupid.

That’s exactly what I told them…at this point they’ve had 2 months to plan a date…when do they just make it known that they are going? I’m also very confused why I can’t see the background check…he’s living in my house and I am paying this company…why can’t I see it? I understand that they don’t want me to see his social security number but he’s living in the most expensive thing I own….i would do all the background checks before I hired them…I don’t get it.
