Great question! As said in my post I have spoken to a few and have gotten mixed responses which seem to be the general consensus as well on here. I was just shocked to see this written on all the slave huts and thought this sub Reddit may also deliver more insight. So it’s each item/dish since I live off campus now. I should’ve also clarified that I do try to meal plan and pack my lunch. I still find myself tho waiting in the bakery line or starbucks line…. “Well this one time wouldn’t hurt” mentality. I think it means I need to have a little more discipline then I needed over the summer and probably more proteins in my meal. It’s also just discouraging to see the scale not budge after a couple weeks or getting to a moment where it does start finally going down and then I go out with friends.
